Security Delivery Service, Inc. Acquires Lane Delivery Service - Company Expansion Continues
Security Delivery Service, Inc., (SDS) announces the acquisition of Lane Delivery Service. This acquisition gives SDS the opportunity to introduce its varied services to Lane's clients, which number over 300. When combined, SDS and Lane will have over 118 years experience in the shipping industry.
Lane is a family-owned and operated company. Since 1939, Lane has been offering mail, parcel and equipment delivery services to New York businesses, as well as providing passenger transportation.
