Security Delivery Service, Inc. Acquires International Mail Distribution, Inc. - Expands Array of Services
Security Delivery Service, Inc., (SDS) announces the acquisition of International Mail Distribution, Inc. This acquisition will enable SDS to expand their current international mail operations. Dave Lowe, former President of International Mail Distribution, will become Vice President of Domestic and International Mail Operations, a new division of SDS. Dave brings over 29 years experience in the mail industry, including fulfillment, distribution and overseas delivery.
For the past 8 years, International Mail Distribution had been handling the majority of SDS's International Remail operations, making this transition a smooth and natural one. "We look forward to Dave joining the SDS team and leading the expansion of this new division. This acquisition will enable us to provide a wider variety of services and expand the high quality of customer service we are proud to provide to our clients," said SDS President, Tony Racioppo.
